Strength:
The most open, spacious, room filling sound I can remember. Really excells with the female voice at low to medium volumes; a real head turner.
Weakness:
Really geared to certain music types. Don''t recommend for heavy drive requirements. Thi sis a very special speaker; it sounds like nothing else. In all the speakers I have heard over the years, this one I remember like yesterday. Very cheap for the magic they deliver. Similar Products Used: I''ve hears it all; I should have bought the pair when I had the opportunity; now I have to find some used ones. |

Strength:
Very musical, can handle anything from classical to rock. Good at low volume as well as high. Excellent vocals, nice bass extension without thumping.
Weakness:
Need careful positioning at least 30cm away from a wall. An excellent speaker but not cheap. Good with a wide range of amplifiers, I use these with a Quad 34/306 Pre & Power combination but have also used them with an old NAD 3020 and they still sound excellent. I bought these secondhand after someone had them for a couple of weeks and didn't like them hence paid 2/3rds of the full price. At the same time I also auditioned a range of speakers from Mission and Wharfedale. These were definitiely the best (even my wife agreed!) Similar Products Used: B&W CM2, Mission 750 |

Strength:
a serious high end loudspeaker at silly money.
Weakness:
priced to low ? I never expected such a revealing and magical quality to the speakers. Such pureness, tight but low bass lines, and fatigue free listening. Similar Products Used: various high end designs. |
