These have excellent clear high and midrange. I have them paired with the sub300, c60 center, and surRounds. Excellent soundstage, bass and surround effects surpassing expectations. Paired with pioneer 110w x5 amp clear tight sound at deafening levels. Better than Bose,Polk,most klipsch pretty much whatever u find at retail stores. I paid 935 all speakers through a dealer.... For that money nothing in that price range can touch it unless u spend more
