Improve sound, Increase distance between components for more cooling

I got the AudioQuest Big Feet because my Nakamichi CD player at work was getting hot. When I went in to the store to pick the item up all I want was a way to get more distance between the CD and the receiver it sits on. While in the store the sales man gave me a demo of the feet that blew me away. I listened to CD play both with and without the feet, and there was big difference in sound. When the player was on the feet there was a much better dynamic range, epically in the bass. I now have them under my CD player at work and home. I also put them under my DVD player and noticed a better picture. I know that it is hard to believe but give them a try and you’ll see for your self.
