Put together two of these -black with one side and mesh doors. They went together beautifully, are very heavy duty and look great fully assembled. This is not a cheap product, but if you buy one I doubt you'll ever need |

This stand is great, I believe it is the first 'kit' that everytime I went to the next step, I was more impressed with the quality than the previous. Every piece fits like a glove, goes together easily & looks great. Not cheap, but if you have the bread, well worth it. The instructions were better than most, but I wouldn't have minded a bit more explaination. Even the tools provided are good. It even included a level, though not the highest quality. All in all, the most satisfying rack/stand/cabinet/'anything I've bought that required assembly' piece that I have owned. |

I agree with the previous reviews of this rack. We have two and love them. The only problem we've had is in the depth of the shelves. We have McIntosh components and they BARELY fit on the shelves. By the time you get your cables installed (especially if they have networks on them ala MIT), you'll have no room to install the rear panels. Otherwise, a very solid, well built cabinet. |

Strength:
Beautiful, easy assembly, solid construction
Weakness:
none I bought the twin 30/30 with a 30 extention. The cherry wood looks great with the black aluminum posts and shelves. The removable back is well designed with the ability to have cords come through the top or bottom (your choice). This rack was so easy to put together. I was afraid I'd be spending all weekend putting it togther, but it only took an hour. Well worth the money and something I'm sure I'll have for a long time. |

Strength:
Engineered well, great looking, well built, good value
Weakness:
The back was tough to get on with all of the wiring. This is the best looking most solidly engineered rack on the market. I looked long and hard and can say that it is the best out there. I love mine, and the wheel kit makes it very handy to get into the back to make changes to my set up. |

Just purchased the synergy 30 in black and aluminum, and all i have to say is that i am now going to buy all the furniture i can, desk, etc. made from this company. It was simple to put together and very versatile. It is well-made and very heavy. Which is good for components. But it has to be the best looking audio video furniture for the money i have ever seen. |

Strength:
Super High Quality
Weakness:
High cost/you get what you pay for I bought the Synergy VDO TV stand. I also got the sides and the aluminum feet. Very nice, super sold and a great finish on the wood. |

Strength:
Excellent Build Quality
Weakness:
Finish Purchased two S40 units and a Video Stand, all in "cherry". The S40 units are a totally different color than the Video Stand. Am currently negotiating with the dealer to see what Salamander Designs can do abuot the problem. Salamander customer service just called me from Hartford, CT. Appearently they changed vendors for the wood parts. They have assured me that they will remedy the problem to my satisfaction. So, high customer service ratings to Salamander and Cambridge Soundworks in Palo Alto. Great product-Great service! Similar Products Used: None |
