Strength:
Well designed and easy to use when you can get it to charge.
Weakness:
Does not want to charge. Piece of JUNK!! Never wants to charge , takes about 3 times and batterie needs to be taken out and put back in every time I want to charge it. Piece of JUNK!! $325.00 of hard earned $$$ down the drain! I am now doing a little research to find a good remote and hope I find one before I chuck this thing as far as I can throw it and that day is quickly approaching. |

Strength:
Flexibility, programmability, easy to customize to any IR based remote
Weakness:
Price This little guy rocks! Using the ProntoEdit software, it is very easy to customize your own remote control panels. The coolest thing is that you can combine functions from several devices on one panel. A little bit pricy, but well worth it. I love this product. |

Strength:
Makes home theater easy to use for other family members. http://www.remotecentral.com
Weakness:
Keeping the screen clean, no RF support I love it! I plan to upgrade to the color/USB model the day it comes out. The Pronto edit is an easy program to use, and with all the files available to download at remotecentral programming is a snap. Other people use to be intimidated to use my system, with the Pronto to guide them it is so easy that a 5 year old can run it. It does help to have a interest in programming especially user interface, if that is not you let your dealer program it for you. |
