Strength:

Logic 7, value as a used component, tweakability, performance

Weakness:

Slightly (but not overly) complex initial setups

Never thought I would be able to obtain a unit of this quality for $2100, but after reading the reviews here and purchasing from AvalonAV of N.J., I was impressed (and lucky).
I am never daunted by setups, so I was prepared for the complexity of the DC1. If you like to tweak and have the time, this unit is customizable to the extreme, and the results show it. If you like it simple, you might want to look elsewhere (but I wouldn't recommend it).
My unit was almost new, fully upgraded and loaded, and in perfect condition. I even like the amber display, which matches my VCR and DVD. It performs beautifully for HT and CD audio, and once configured is a breeze to operate. Glad I made the investment.

My setup is:
B&W Nautilus 805's/HTM2/DS6
Pioneer DV626 DVD
Lexicon DC1
Rotel RB985mkII AMP
