Strength:
Quite,very clean,nice design
Weakness:
Wont decode prologic Great product but if it could decode normal prologic or PCM stereo it would be much better but for the price and the performance it gives I am happy with it.It does everything perfect and is a good all around product. |

Strength:
detailed and accurate decoding
Weakness:
won't decode CD ( PCM ) audio I have both products mentioned in two different systems. Both units perform thier functions without any problem. One good feature of the technics is that you can connect another 5.1 signal or processor to its line inputs. Yamaha is not as flexiable, but very easy to set & forget while it does its job. one less thing to worry about. All you have to do is enjoy the sound. Works for me!!!
