Strength:
Connections, power, great sound
Weakness:
remote Awesome receiver! I have been using it for about a week and love it. I compared the HK320 to the Denon and found the HK to have many more features for the price. I was somewhat hesitant because of past quality control issues I had heard about but haven''t had a problem. The sound is better than advertised - clean, pure, and loud! Forget the wattage ratings you read - this receiver absolutely pounds out the volume. With all the connections/inputs it offers it has to be the most flexible unit on the market. I wish the remote were lighted but otherwise it is fairly easy to use. Good job HK, you have a new fan! |

Strength:
Compared to the old AVR 300, the front panel tell you more on whats going on. Meaning the musicial mode your in etc.
Weakness:
Only thing I can think of is that the face plate is still made out of plastic. A nice brushed metal look would be nice This is my second HK product. My HK AVR-300 took a dump on me a month ago give or take. At first, I wasn''t sure if HK was going to be the route I would go. After looking at the other products on the market, I decided to give HK another try. I have been using the AVR-320 for about 2 months, and I have to admit the receiver is a great piece of equipment and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good mid priced AV receiver. Would say HK did their home work when coming out with this receiver. Similar Products Used: HK AVR-300 |
