Bought this surround sound system (with cd player and cassette player) years ago. Have been very happy with it. Want to mention that I just purchased a Harmony remote 550 for my system and the setup was super easy for all my components including this receiver!

Strength:
Nice Clean powerful sound
Weakness:
Limited soundfields and inputs compared to my Technics SA-AX6 This is a nice clean sounding receiver. Lots of power. I also have a Technics SA-AX6 and it seems the Kenwood really outperforms the Technics in the amplification of music. The Sound fields and inputs are limited.I feel the Kenwood plays music cleaner. I have moved my Kenwood from my Movie room to my Music room and My Technics from Music to Movie. Similar Products Used: Technics SA-AX6 |
