Purchased this new in 1998, and still have it. It's been used at parties and my home theater. The only problem was the remote quit working, minor. Never had any problems with it. Very satisfied with the unit for the past 15 years.

What a piece of junk!
If you want to use it for HT buy something else.
Not enough power, 65 wimpy Watts, turn up the volume for 100Watts and 6 Ohms and THD goes to 1%, distortion soon kicks in and...lights off.
The good news is that Mitsi stopped making these, the bad news is I'm stuck with mine.
