I've owned this AV reciever for 9 years.I Purchased it because it was the last ES analog flagship AVreciever Sony would build, their next flagship became completely digital. I use this 7.1 AV reciever as a processor more than a combined amp, only using the 6th and 7th channels connected to L&R rears on the rear of the 333ES . I'm using Rotel power amps connected via the RCA preouts on the rear of the 333ES to operate all other channels. This amp has such a sweet sound ,beautifully built with seperate 24/192 burr brown dacs on each channel and Nichicon caps for power supply.Extras that you dont find on new AV recievers like the two sets of multichannel 7.1 seperate inputs for SACD capability and analog blu-ray multichannel or DVD-A's . Musicaly compared to the cheap digital AV recievers of today this is a 5 Star AV Beautifuly built Reciever .Hard not to luv its audio superior quality...
