Quality, ease of use, DSP.

No light on volume dial, no s-video.

I bought this reciever with a Toshiba DVD player at wholesale price so I was very happy with the price. It took me a while but you get used to the remote and the sound quality is great for it''s price.

The price is right for what you get.
I added a Velodyne Subwoofer to the 12" Fisher main speakers and Sony surround speakers and was elated with the
sound I was able to listen to from both DVDs and tuner stations.

Power, low distortion, more DSP modes

Not enough inputs

I bought this receiver as an open item and hence got a good deal. For the price this receiver is great. It has got lot more DSP modes than the pioneer. Most of the Music related DSPs sound very good. Its remote is a bit odd but i found out after using it for 2 months that this is actually very easy to use due to the ergonomic placement of buttons. It has lot of controls to get the music the way u want. Lastly it also look good. Great receiver for those who would want to listen more of music than movies on their receiver.
