Hello; this may be the"Wrong area to post a question"-So Plz. bear w/me while I find out if this IS Indeed not proper area&then will Need to find out ' where to post questions & maybe get some very needed help too!.:)
First; as noted above-I have a Rather High End Yamaha receiver-(From Late 80's to very early 90's&Way ahead of its time back then too),receiver running @Approx. 850+ total watts)...
BUT; the "Led / Display window that tells you what radio station your on/ Shows All levels of Digital time delay per each channel-I.E that little amber lit screen that gives you ALL info as it pertains to what & where you're at@ any given time and/or level..
Does Anyone "Know how those Puny ' LED / Entire Stereo's Display unit can either be fixed via one or 2 poss. easy items- OR if I'd be better served in taking to an Electrical Pro and/or Stereo-Pro level Fixer & maybe am Stuck to deferring to a professional on this type related matter??
Anyone ever had their "Complete&Entire Stereo's ' Display comply& suddenly just go Blank on them'??

Yamaha Receivers are the BEST! This receiver may not be the most expensive but it rocks!
