not only is this the best home theater Receiver I have owned it even Rivals the late 70's monsters I have owned including the prized Pioneer SX line of which I have owned from the top to the bottom of that line .
The amplifier section even made me put my high end separates into two channel duty because this has no problem driving my difficult 4ohm speakers .

the only minus anyone will find is the lack of HDMI support ,but to me that is one of those convenience features I will gladly do without .

you can find one for around $1000 dollars on the used market it just may be the buy of the century if you are serious about sound .
I have tried other TOTL Receivers from Denon ,Rotel and even the newer Yamaha RX-Z11 and none came close period.....
