I've owned this amp going on 5 years. When I purchased this multi-channel amps were a newer thing. There has not been a better dollar spent in my system. The sound is smooth and clear, holds out at high level home theater listening. In 4 years + never have had any problems. Every year and a half I do open the unit up and CAREFULLY vacuum out any loose dust near the intake and exit ports. Had 2 diff. rack systems and each one I cut a hole in the side of the intake fan. This did make a big difference on how warm the unit gets ( which should not be too warm at all). I love to test this amp with great multi channel surround, it always responds well. I've read where other amps sound better or different but this is fine for me. The customer service is excellent also when you call ADA.
