This site has its' limitations. It does not allow one to select a year beyond 2010? This is a current model- the Jolida Fusion 3502S amplifier, an integrated tube amplifier. I have the model with 6550 tubes. It will also allow the use of Kt*** tubes, and EL34 tubes as well. I am impressed with build quality, and very impressed with sound quality. This is the most natural, clear, smooth sounding amp I have ever heard. This is a satisfying amp and would satisfy the most discriminating ears. If you want a really clear, smooth sounding amp this is your ticket. You will not be sorry. I am very happy. The amp looks identical to the JD502CRC amp.

After putting a lot of serious listening time quickly (@2 hours a day straight, lights off, focused listening) in with Jolida's Fusion 3000 preamplifier, I could not be happier. What started out as an afterthought (a new preamp) turned out to be the thing that MADE my system, with the Fusion preamp as it's heart. It is somehow pulling more information from my cds, or at least it seems that way. I formerely ran a Joilda tube cd player with a volume control and a lot of gain straight through my Musical Fidelity A3cr power amp...and LOVED IT.....but somehow I hear considerably more "details" with THIS preamp (othe preamps I tried, like an older Classe' and Conrad Johnson circa 2000, took some transparency and the liveliness away), but the Jolida Fusion is beyond transparent, it's revealing.

The Fusion seperates the instruments/vocals Amazingly well, while maintaing a very cohesive and wonderfully musical sound. I'm hearing details and "layers" in music that I haven't heard before. Vocalist all sound more 'human' and distinct. For example: listening to Bob Seger's Night Moves...his voice is a bit sadder, slightly gravely, and more authentic (as opposed to 'produced') then it Ever has before...and the song just took on a whole new character to me. I FEEL the music so much more now, and that's what it's about to me. On Led Zeppelin's Since I've Been Loving You, I always hear a 'squeak' in the beginning, I thought it was a studio problem or something. Listening now, I hear that 'squeak' but it doesn't sound like a recording flaw. It sounds quiter and that squeak has brought a certain charm because I would bet that it is coming from John Bohnam's bass drum pedal. The little things :) The Fusion combines that special kind of Tube warmth with solid state detail, speed, and punch. Everytime I get a component or speaker I LOVE, I think (as I've heard said many times by others), it's as though I'm truly hearing an album for the first time. The Joilda Fusion did that....when I thought there were no more 'great leaps' ahead coming from my stereo, because it sounded great to me already. I have a relatively modest system. I have a Musical Fidelity A3cr power amp, B&W DM 640s (which I do love but plan on upgrading since buying the Fusion beacuse I think they are overmatched now) a Klipsch active dual 12" subwoofer, and the Jolida JD700 tube cd player.

I live in Chicago, so there are a lot of nice audio stores, and I've heard a LOT of systems in different listening rooms, especially with owner I know who wants to just play new gear and chill out . I can't afford to buy the $5,000 seperates that I've heard from Cary, McCormack, Conrad Johnson or whoever. They all sound great. But I don't even care or aspire to own those nice components I've heard right now (and I do really enjoy great sound and audio components). It might sound like a silly thought, but after listening to my stereo once the Jolida Fusion was broken in a tiny bit and warmed up...the first thing that came to my mind was "This sounds like an expensive stereo". I couldn't have been more surprised or happier with this preamp that I just picked up on a whim. I listen to so much more music now than I have in a very long time, and I enjoy it More than ever. I wasn't expecting anything like that. The Jolida Fusion is in my opinion a Great preampflier "at any price". For $1,100 or less, with nice components complimenting it's something very special
