I am an audio enthusiast, but with limited means. I read about $20000 15 watt a channel amps and speakers that cost more then a good sized boat. Given this unit's price of $1095 with a remote, it is an amazing value--read some of the professional reviews. Eight watt a channel amps made in China for $5000 This is my first tube component. It makes the music sound liquid, especially the mid range, far better then you would believe given the price. Also, it has drive. Going to buy a Rega P1 and see what vinyl sounds like. Right now I run a rotel 1552 amp with a rotel CD player and B and w speakers. Oh by the way it's hand made in America.
