25 w not for low efficient speakers

I have been using this amp for more than 8 years,and now I used it as my second set HiFi with B&W 601 speakers and my old Rotel 965 CD player, it is so good that I don't want to sell it.
I have modified this amps, as I never use vinyl LP, so I discard the electronics and 2 tubes for vinyl, it helps to make the circuit more simpler, because the vinyl tube is always on, than I move the rest of 3 small tubes to the 3 center tube holes. I also changed the volume and balance pots with Alps blackbeauty, connect directly from RCA input to pots using kimber TCSS hook up wire as I used the amp just for CD, and changed to kimber TCSS between output transformer to binding post.
Changed or add bypassed caps ( wonder caps, multicap, kimber caps, blackgate, panasonic )to all caps except biggest caps for power supply.
Changed all tubes with a better tubes.
Except for the limited power (25 watts), this amp really sing that can compete with other much-much costly amp, this is an example of simple no frilled design tube amp (no single ended, no triode) but sound so good and looks great but simple,pity the company could not survive.

Warm, smooth sound, magical midrange and highs. Very good, clean and strong bass. Good focus. Great combination with french Triangle high sensitive loudspeakers. My Amp came with fantastic Tesla tubes. Some 7.000 to 10.000 hours of pure pleasure with none problem up today and still going srong.
Strongly recomended second-hand buy.
Best with classical music and vinyl.
An absolut must! An all time classic!

Sweet sounding amplifier. Loudspeakers have to have high sensitivity.
