this creek does things rather well. it's not the most transparent sounding amplifier around, but very good to listen all in all: bass is deep and powerfull, mids come beautifully detailed and rounded (not dull !) whereas the highs are typically "creek", means not on the crisp side - rather warm. power output is the highest of all creek integrated amps, giving music a certain authority only amps with enough force can offer - even when operating on lower levels. don't expect state of the art transparency and combine with neutral & open sounding speakers, then you will be delighted ! build is excellent.
