Great little valve amp looks good and sounds great with my linn cd player and naim speakers

I have nothing but good to say about the little MP-60.
It is a well cared for 2nd hand unit purchased from a Hi-Fi specialist store.
I use it to play records, and CD's.
My kit includes a Linn LP12 Turntable, Cambridge Audio 740C CD player, and Focal 714S floor standing speakers.

When equipped with NOS tubes and proper interconnects and power cables, this beautiful piece beats many amplifiers costing 10 times as much! It is very musical (without being "tubey"), clear and dynamic! Equally good with jazz, classical music and rock.

Dared MP-60 is a very clean and dynamic amplifier, it is very open and has great bass. Highs became more crisp and extended and bass became fuller and more solid when I substituted the stock 12AX7 tubes with NOS Sylvania 12AX7A/7025 tubes. This amplifier does not only represent an excellelnt value but is a great sounding amplifier in absolute terms! With Silverline Sonata-III speakers, it excelled my two other amplifiers which cost three to five times as much!
