That's my first amplifier.A big disapontment and obvious mistake-that is the review of this amplifier!First of all I was amazed about total lack of bass sound! I never thought that amplifier can sound no bass.Second-very bad trebles-not enough high sounds.Very very bad product.The sound has no life,no brightness.It sounds blury.Even when the loudness and bass and treble are switched to max,tehre is an awfull sound.I have a hi-fi system Philips FW 390C-for 170 euros.this amp is 250 euros.My system Philips is much better!Very full sound,so bright and alive.This amplifier cannot compare to my "cheap" mini system Philips.even cheaper-it is better.

My goal was to buy something for around 1000€. After a 2 week market research I decided for this ampli and CD Denon DCD510. My strategy was to save on amplifier and cd player and invest more in speakers. I bougth discounted Audio PhysicsYara Evolution (550€ from 800€) and altogether effect is just great! I read some bad opinions about this ampl (always very general impressions, never saying what exactly was not right) but I say that for this price you can't complain. It sounds strong and full. Also the dynamic is nice. Obviously for some people if something is not expensive then it cannot be good.
