Am pleased with this amp, and it matches up well with my Triangle 25th Annv. Comete speakers. Had been using a nice Creek amp of about the same price and power. Compared to the Creek, the Vincent sounds more robust with greater impact, and perhaps a little warmer (a good thing with the Triangles). In addition, altho the specs would say the Creek had nearly the same power, the Vincent sounds considerably more powerful even when not playing loudly. I would say the Vincent with it's greater impact and heft makes full symp. and rock more enjoyable (altho the Creek was a fine amp). The Vincent build quality seems really too good for the price, and guess this is due to being made in China. A very solid amp that is over 40lbs. It has tone controls, but like most controls I have used, the music sounds more pure with the tone controls in bypass. It has pre-amp out which I use for the powered sub......all in all I could not ask for more, and certainly not at the price.
