Rhythm, timing and ability to pull one into music.

This is an outstanding purchase. This preamp has opened up the soundstage and involves a person with the music. It has the classic Naim timing and rhythm, but its still a relaxed warm sound that makes me want to re-discover my entire collection. This preamp is a huge upgrade over the 92R. Coupled with a Naim 150, this 112 is tough to beat. Other products like Krell are very anyaltical and uninviting. Krell although exact, is very cold and does not pull me into the music.

The 112/150 is substantially better than the 92R/90 combo, and I high recommend it. Naim captures the essence of music, which is reproducing the timing and rhythm. just my two cents...

When paired with the NAP150 this little combo will give you hours of listening pleasure.It's tight sence of rythem and timing will have you tapping your foot while you rediscover your CD collection.The smallest of sounds seem to leap out from all parts of the room while the rest of sound pins you against the wall.The most enjoyable quality of these amps is there abillity to build a dynamic 3D sound stage that seems to let the music wash over you and totaly involve you in every note of the preformance.Some may find the sound a little foward for their tastes but if you like the Naim sound you'll love this new entry level combo.
