    Strength:

For a complete package well undewr two grand it's tough to beat.

    Weakness:

be carefull of that little anti-skate weight !

let me start out by saying that I have used a direct drive turntable (albeit a "cult" favorite Kenwood KD-500,PremierMMT arm, Grace F-9e cartridge) for twenty years so a change was due. I have less than 10 hours on my MMF-9 and I LOVE it !! The quiteness of this table is very, very good, combined with the Goldring maestro cartridge it is a good value. Granted if I had another $500 to play with the VPI- Aries Scout with JMW - 9 arm would have been on my stand. Manual was good, set went smooth except for the anti-skate weight, the fishing line came out of the weight, being over 50 with arthritus it wasn't easy to put it back through !!
