If you can get it to work without shutting down every time it hits some bass it actually sounds pretty good for it's size. Weakness:
Junk speakers. The lid with the speakers will drive you nuts as it constantly falls down - the two straps holding it are not long enough. You need to prop it up with something. Massive fail. Then you will find it routinely turns itself off, if there is a bass-peak in your music. Oh and if the batteries don't charge you CAN open the battery bay (two screws and have to break the seal) which is to the left of the storage area for the remote. You can just pop in a set of new NiMH batteries and off you go. Donating this one to the rubbish-bin. Price Paid: 100
