I replaced my Ixos Gamma 6006 speaker cable with the bi-wire version of the Odyssey cable, connected to a Cyus 7 amp, Cyrus power amp, Arcam Alpha 9 CD player and Kef Q35 speakers. The sound was immediately much brighter, had far more detail, and better sound staging. Definitely a recommended buy, although not cheap!

Detailed, tight bass, impressive soundstage, mid is sweet.

I couldn't find any. Just give Odyssey a long burn-in time.

For a long time I have tried speaker cables of different brands as you can see above, however they have sounded very similar. Finally, I discovered Chord "Odyssey 4" (Silicon Jacket Dual Twisted Cable). What a difference! It was like a glove to a hand in my system. It sounded so natural, warm and detailed that I had the impression I was given a new amplifier. My B&W speakers "disappeared" in the room and now the only thing I can hear is music in the air. I can easily find where the piano is playing and Diana Krall's voice is so real that sometimes I imagine she is singing in front of me.
I am really very surprised about Odyssey 4, especially because the first 48 hours the cable didn't show its full performance. It was like an athlete who waits the last 200 metres to show his/her potential. What a fantastic cable! Everything I say about this "jewel" isn't enought to show its qualities, but if you buy Odyssey you will understand why I am so amazed and naturally you will also be proud about your system.
Another very important point you cannot forget: Chord Company is by your side everywhere, even if there isn't a representative in your Country, because Chord has a help center named "Doctor Cable" that is always ready to solve your questions no matter where you are.
Unfortunately its price isn't for everybody, however quality has its worth and with Odyssey 4 it wouldn't be different. Highly recommended!
