Strength:
Good value. Good soundstage and imaging for a cable of this price range. Puts Monster cable to shame.
Weakness:
None really at this price point. As many other audio enthusiasts are doing these days, I am removing all the Monster cable from my system. After trying many products these were one of my favorites. I now use these cables between a DVD player and integrated amp, and am very pleased with the results. The only cable I have found that surpasses the Terminator 4 is Bettercables Silver Serpent, but it is also more expensive. Soundstage is wide and deep. Instrument timbre is very natural. Imaging is very good for a cable at this price. This cable is an excellent value for those on a budget. Similar Products Used: Monster Interlink |

Strength:
Tightens up the bass
Weakness:
Veils mids and highs. I gave this cable 2 weeks to "burn in" as recommended by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the sound didn''t significantly improve over the cheaper $20 interconnect I was using before. The bass did improve in that it tightened up a fair bit but the rest of the frequencies became veiled. It quite literally sounded like a sheet had been hung over my speakers. I returned the cable after 3 weeks for a full refund and purchased a Harmonic Technologies Truth-Link RCA interconnect. It was twice the price but worth every dollar. Compare the two cables for yourself, the difference is not subtle.
