value build smooth, clean sound

i had a hard time talking myself into paying extra to upgrade cables that came with higher dollar equipment. a 14 gage power cable should be a 14 gage power cable. well, i was willing to try $59 cables from a company i had already been quite pleased with. the sunrise power cable layed the foundation for my system. my amp seemed to open up from top to bottom and side to side. i could use all the audiophie words here, but i'll just say that i was so pleased that i later ordered the $300 skyline for my amp and moved the sunrise to the pre-amp. i've used many cables over the years- cables at many price points. the sonic horizon cables have clearly shown to be a solid value if they blend with your taste and system. so much comes down to taste, but these cables offer unbeatable value.
