This cable really impresses me. I have read a number of positive reviews on audioreview.com where people commented on how vibrant the reds are with this cable,etc. I used Moulin Rouge as a test movie and the picture has never looked so good on my system. The first thing that struck me was how brillant the reds were. After buring the cable in for 12 hrs (well under the manufactures recommend time) all of the colors were vibrant. The picture clarity also is first rate. This is a great cable! The customer service at Bettercables.com is also outstanding. UPS misrouted my order adding another 4 days to the transit time. When told Bettercables.com that UPS had misrouted my order Bettercables.com overnighted another set at no extra charge.

After reading the reviews in here, went and got a pair. Tested these against the Monster M series. Hands down these were better. The pirctures was brighter and sharper. I was pleasantly surprised at the difference these cables could produce. Are they cheap, No, but they compare favorably to the more expensive cables out there. Also, customer service ws top notch.

This DVD is very difficult because of all the colors. I first test the MV3 and the picture was above average to good. When I tested the BC the picture was good to EXCELLENT!! I noticed the red colors were more refined and didn''t bleed as much. The faces were a lot more detailed and clear. I was so impressed, and this is using a 26ft bettercable vs a 6ft Monster Vid 3!! I still like Monster Products, but Better Cable slayed the Monster. I would highly recommend anyone to compare. There is nothing to lose....satisfaction guarenteed!!

Took longer than expected

This cable looks like a black soaker hose! The shielding is quite substantial. My custom lenght cable took a few weeks to make but I was very pleased when it arrived. It connects my Toshiba progressive jacks to my Sony vw10ht 30 feet away. No interference on this cable! Three other purchases have all been a great value and great performance.

Clean video, great packaging of three cables into one.

I found this company on USENET (alt.home-theatre.misc) and reviewed component cables. I needed to setup a home theatre system with high quality video. This cable works great and the company was easy to interact with on the Internet. I retired my S-video cable and the HDTV now looks great with this component video cable.

heavy,not the most aesthetically attractive cables

These are my first high end cables as I have just finished my whole HT setup.I was using standard cables prior to these.These really brought out the colour in my system.While playing 'Guns of Navarone',these cables were able to display minor deficits in the colour transfer on the DVD .I think the most distinct difference is that even the background appears as sharp as the foreground whilst retaining the colour acuity.They have a reasonable price tag although the UPS costs to NewZealand ($59/-),diluted my full sense of cost satisfaction.Appearance wise,not as 'refined' as the other cables but their striking performance nullifies any cosmetic issues.Definitely the best value for money anywhere at present.I must thank Audioreview for all the guidance it has provided for all my HT choices so far.

They're just flat out clean!

This cable replace my Radio Shack Gold Series...why spend $3000 on a tv and keep cheap cables??? Spending +$300 didn't make sense either (particularly for a 6ft run!). So, I ordered the cables and WOW! I used GalaxyQuest as comparison DVD since it was where my wife & noticed the most dramatic difference. Previously the details on Sarius' green face were indistingushable but now everything is extremely clear. When I upgrade my gear I'm going to try the other cables.

Sony TV 61 XBR-300 make Exc. quality picture. When I hookup with better cables (component video), they add a BIG A+ . The picture in my home theater now VERY Filmlike. I never go to watch movie in theater again. EXC. PRODUCTS Better Cables, will order XLR better cables next.
