Strength:
Good sound, great antiskip
Weakness:
none I have the 40sec. anti skip (no radio) and it works great. Plugs into the cassette player in our car. No batteries needed through the cig lighter. Who uses batteries anyway? I've been real happy with it. And as other note said - cheap! Similar Products Used: Sony |

Strength:
Good skip mechnism. Plays vertically, diagnally, etc. Awesome sound for a cheap play from Wally World. The mega bass helps out with nice headphones. =) It came with the car kit, so that made it a better deal.
Weakness:
If you don't have the batteries that it suggests (Alkaline), then it is unable to read how much juice the battery has left and acts like the batteries are dead and shuts off. Other batteries work, just not as long. So if you use a portable cd player a lot, then you would probably spend more money eventually on batteries, than if you just bought a more expensive player. =) It is a great cd player to have, if you don't have anything against akaline batteries ;) If you have good headphones to go with it, then you'll have even better sound. I have Koss TD/65 (total isolation) headphones, which rock. So it's not always the cd player that generates good sound. :) But I think this one does a wonderful job. If you're really pick, then go by an eq to lug around with it. lol Similar Products Used: none |

I purchased a Lenoxx Sound Cd player for my daughter about a month ago at Wal-Mart. My daughter says that the player has gone through three sets of batteries in the last month. The Sony she had before, she replaced batteries every three months.Has anyone had this problem?????? |

I bought this out of sheer question. I just wanted to try it. I took quite a risk and it came through. I didn't buy this model, it was one with 40 second skip and a radio. It was outstanding. The skip works and I've had it for nearly a year. Boy, it has gone fine and is cheap! |

Well, I bought the 20 sec anti-skip and raido for $50.00 and it sucks, I have to feed it new batteris a every week and the raido has no memory at all. Also the cd player lid rubs the cd from time to time and anti-skip works great but drains batteries like a son of a BI%!&. |

CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Weakness:
Skips between tracks on CDR's I got this unit as a gift and it works great good sound etc. I know my wife bought it at walmart with all of the bells and whistles (Car adapter Tape adapter) The only problem I have had is it seems to get stuck at the end of tracks on CDR's This only happens at the end of the tracks. If I push the track advance button the next song plays till the end then It gets stuck again. Really a very minor problem which does not happen all of the time. The sound quality is pretty good even through my Cheap Car sterio. For what I paid for it though well worth the money. I have not used it on battery power so I cant say weather or not it needs batteries. I think it cost about $35 at WallMart. |
