You could spend 10 times as much for a single disk player and if your ears are that sensitive mebbe you should spend it. However, if you're looking for a good, solid, multi-disk player that will play all but the boutique formats, this is it. You can get this player online for around $250 bucks. I just picked up a second unit for $55.00 used. The remote stinks in that it's too narrow and the print's too small but at least it can turn the CD Player on and off. This is a mainstream product for a mainstream purpose and it doesn't get any better than this.
