I paid $20 for this amp at a local music shop (Portland, ME, buckdancer's choice) cause I bought a set of Shure SRH840 headphones to connect to my PC and figured I would be better of with an amp. Well, I wanted something more impressive, but only had two choices, the other was too much for my needs, I bought it without hearing it, figuring for $20 what could I lose. Man its ridiculous. Having been a budding audiophile in my day I am glad to have been turned on to "pro" audio gear designed for musicians. This is the stuff. Bang for the buck is not a good enough description for this thing. Again, I paid $20 for it. I hate to put a number on the sound quality but its a lot more than $20 in other worlds. Uber.

because people want critical (me too), the power connector fits a bit loosely for my liking.
