Strength:
I will agree that these have a lot of bass and do a good job of isolating the listener. However, the mid range and treble was absolutely horrible. Harsh, hollow, and tinny. The volume control is nice, but there are better phones in the same price range. Weakness:

The Koss R/30s headphones are alright. The frequency response only goes from 18-20khz but those are the limits of audible noise anyway. These cans are incredibly bassy. EXTREMELY BASSY. They are pretty good though. The sensitivity on these things is 106 db/mW. There is dual volume control. For 45 bucks, they aren't bad. You absolutely cannot hear outside noise. Although the treble is a bit lacking, if you love bass, these are for you. |
