Strength:
Very good price, incredibly accurate sound, great range (20hz-22Khz), no "buzzing" from shoddy construction, very durable, comfortable to wear for long periods of time, blocks out external sound fairly well, small size for studio monitor headphone. Yamaha ships very quickly, 3 days, free shipping when I bought it.
Weakness:
None except this headphone tends to keep people listening to music all day and ignoring everything that has to be done for the day. This is the perfect headphone for any serious listener. Some may dislike this if they like hearing the flaws in their recordings. Also, this headphone prefers CDs played on a player with a 1/4" adapter on professional equipment vs. MP3 due to it's incredible sensistivity to portraying sound accurately. Best buy for your money, you will not regret buying one of these headphones. Be prepared to experience "natural sound" though. Similar Products Used: Aiwa and Sony headphones of various qualities (Much more expensive though). |
