Broken inside 1 hour

I eagerly unpacked my new Pioneer mega DVD changerm loaded it up with my library of DVDs, and used the 'Auto Scan' feature to get the player to discover the contents.

On the tenth disc, the disc loading mechanism jammed, made some horrible plastic popping noises, and now the unit is jammed tight. I had to release the unit manually and hold the loading arm out of the way just to extract the DVDs.

I'll be contacting Pioneer as soon as they open to get them to replace this hunk of crap.
