Inexpensive.

Will not play CDs. Despite advertized features, including ability to play CD's (I purchased the unit due to its highest customer satisfaction rating after doing a search for 5 CD disc changers on another sight), the unit will only function fully if attached to a monitor. This was not stated in the product features. Misleading advertizing.
Stuck with useless boat-anchor.

Poor product feature descriptions. Will not play CD's without additional equipment. SONY has no return-no exchange policy, as though they expect these issues to arrise!

Customer Service

Non existent. No returns, no exchanges, no satisfaction whatsoever from either SONY or retailer (Etronics).
