The Zenith XRB413 is the biggest peice of JUNK I ever bought. Had it less than a month Bought 6/16/05 used it 4-5 times & stopped working. Called Zenith & they had me take it to authorized repair shop July 12th. Finally in August 2005 the repair shop advised Zenith it could not be repaired. Made contact with Zenith 8/25/05 & after summitting proof of EVERYTHING I was advised it would be another 4 weeks before a replacement would be issued. Now 9/16/05 & haven't heard back from Zenith. Guess they are hoping I forget about the peice of junk they sold me so they don't have to replace it. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM & if you expect CS & Fast replacement on defective items DON'T buy ZENITH!
