This is in regards to Bose 3-2-1 Home Entertainment System. We have no complaints regarding sound etc. but have run into a very unique problem. There have been two Lionsgate DVD's (Precious and New in Town) where the prevues play fine, but the movies will NOT play. We tried 4 different DVD's of Precious - they all did the same thing. It is obviously a problem with the Bose 3-2-1 player but can't understand why everything works until the movie starts. Then the screen goes blank - some ad music plays - the numbers go from 1 to about 12 and then it all starts again same music - number go back to l to around 12 - it will do this a few times and then it shuts off completely. Why?? Anyone ever heard of this? Can someone at Bowe help us?

First of all, Let me start out by saying that I have read a lot of "reveiws" that other people have writen on 'Bose Hometheater" products.. and would like to say " DONT HATE BECAUSE YOU CANT AFFORD IT !!! Now I currently a 3-2-1 system and love everything there is about it, from the simplicity of hooking it up.. It realy should be "BOSE 1-2-3-" because its # simple steps. Thats it. Three steps, about % minutes and you are listening to the absolute best sound that ONLY BOSE CAN DELIVER ! ! ! Thank you Bose.
