Nice looking system and easy to instal. The problem is that it will only play DVD's where they match the region designated on the back on the main unit. Which is a problem if you are an expat and have Grand parents or friends that send DVD's for your children. Also if you travel and buy DVD's from other regions. Our previous JVC cimema system would play DVDs from other regions. Now I have to explain to my son that he can't watch Postman pat or Bob the Builder because the machine will not play them. All the other functions of the system are good. I'll be contacting Samsung to see if there is anyway around the issue otherwise I think its going back to the shop as worthless.
