It's RCA!!

RCA makes JUNK! Yet another product of theirs that doesn't work (nor ever has properly). We put two in a nicer home (only RCA due to lack of others being available about 1.5 years ago. Moving around the menu freezes up the unit (pull the plug to reset). Takes forever to re-boot. And one year later (and just out of warranty) it loses it's memory and totally needs re-programmed when power is lost. I've had nothing but trouble with all of my more expensive RCA electronics (32" TV, 36" TV, HiDef receivers, etc.) And RCA doesn't seem to care. They've never offered anything except to take my credit card number and send me a "rebuilt" unit. I, in all sincerity and honesty, will NEVER EVER buy another product with the RCA name as long as I live (and, by the way, I have purchased over $3M worth of A/V/TV/Radio electronics for my company in the past 4 years)!
