When the system played, the sound is great. However, after the warranty ends, the system does not work properly. After inserting CDs, the door opens repeatedly. On a good day, you might hear half of the first track on the 1st CD. Forget the other two. Getting assistance with the troubleshooting, is practically non-existent. Bottom line......don't spend your money on this system. Cheaper is not better!!!! As far as the Value Rating and Overall Rating - it wouldn't allow me to put 1/2 star.
