What a unit system! As soon as I hooked this thing up, I was amazed by its look and sound. This is surely one of the greatest compact systems on the market(well,at least as I have heard). If you are looking for a good stereo compact system, this is absoulutely your best one. Do NOT compare this system with any other compact systems on the market, especially, those of on Wal-Mart shelfs. They are just too different and uncomparison as such comparing diamonds and mud stones. If you can get this thing for $299, you are one of the luckiest million persons on earth. So, if you have the opportunity,and you pass out, I surely don't know what to say!.

good bass, amazing sound, price for which i paid

just got mine at costco for 700 canadian. holy crap i was impressed with the system. sounds great, well worth $ 1000+. hooked it up to by sony dvd player(dvp 550d) and did it sure sound amazing. if you do get this system pick up a subwoofer and this system sounds like god.

Not allowing to change a CD while one is playing.

I bought this system because I have one small room in my house and I do not want to spend a lot of money for seperated systems. As I recall, when this system first came out, it was cost more than $1200. First, I thought that this would be too crazy to buy or get one, even it says matched performace seperated system. But, that because I didn't have a chance to see it perform yet. I could take a day to describe how good this system is. This system also work great (is there any good word than great in English) for movies, too. This system produce such realistic sound. Several time I thought someone really walked into my room and shut the door, but it was just in a movie. Another good example would be the thundering sound. You are not going to believe in your ears how this one small little unit system could do for you.
The only thing I can say is that it produces awesome sound and never disappointed me. I don't think there is any compaq systems that could come close or compare to this one. I am really serious now.
By the way, the look of this system look a lot better than it is post on this website, I can surely tell you that. You will be amazed by its look and sound.
It can produce such warm,deep,clean,and powerful bass without having subwoofer. Especially, if you put this system in a small room, you are surely not going to be crazy enough to get one, I gurantee. However, I didn't mean that it is not a good idea to get one, but I would recommend only if you are putting this system in a big room.
A lot of systems that are on the market may produce a lot of bass sound, but not as clean,warm,and good as this one. They might sound powerful, but not the type you will always want to be hearing like this Harman Kardon compaq system.
There is nothing much to say or express, except just Awesome quality system sound by Harman Kardon. This company has come up with a master of work.
I wish I could be a millionare and get this system for all of my family members, friends, and all the people who I love.
With the price to get along with this kind of one-unit system for $300 (from their outlet) and you pass out, you are truly can be pity and blame yourself of missing something great in your life.

I always wan´t to have a Harman Kardon equipment. When I discovered the Festival 60 I was trilled and very emotion. I bought it, Installed in my house. The sound is very delicate, armonious and enjoyable.

The power is very good. Very easy to use, and most of all, You can connect a Subwoofer of about 60 to 115 watts for a high bass power. In every step of function, The Harman Kardon Festival 60 outstand other mini or complete systems.

Buy it, Listen it, Enjoy it.

It´s an excelent equipment !!!!!
