Strength:

Very clear sounds and powerfull bass, built in minidisc a 3 disc changer

Weakness:

Below average tape deck

Basically a brilliant all round bassy HiFi which is perfect for most people, but try to avoid using tapes more than CD's and MiniDiscs. Good power but the English version lacks the ability to a a Sub Woofer. But I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. A stunning stereo!

Here in Brazil it is very difficult to buy a product like this. But I had luck to seem it in a store in S. Paulo and I bought him. I paid about U$700, because our current money is Real, about double of a dollar. But I am very happy because my Sony has everything I like.
As a matter of fact, I would like it has a feature like an eccho with karaoke as JVC and Aiwa have. In this way your voice can mix with the original singer or you will have a profissional mix with karaoke when you sing alone. On the other hand, it is a possibility to have something like eccho: when you replay the music you have to adjust the effects. Also I have a mini disc EZ-R37 and is very nice to change musics between them. I cannot deny that I have many difficulties to buy these type of sound here. And because this I believe that brazilian people does not have still entered in the world of digital minidisc.
