Strength:
optional subwoofer output. it has 5.1 analog inputs which you don't see on many "Dolby Pro Logic" systems
Weakness:
pretty good bass but not excellent. Overall if you want a system that supports DVD players with 5.1 channel outputs for a low price I suggest you get this one. For those of you who dont know the difference between "Dolby Digital Ready" and systems that say "Dolby Digital Decoder" you will know now see the difference is that "Dolby Digital Ready" systems dont have a decoder meaning DVD players with 5.1 channel outputs that don't have a Dolby Digital decoder will not give you that surround sound which means you've just wasted your money where as if your system has a "Dolby Digital Decoder" then whatever DVD player you buy with the 5.1 analog outputs with or without that decoder you will get that surround sound. So if you want a system just for surround sound for sheap then this is the one |
