Terrible License policy -- if your computer crashes you have to buy an "upgrade" copy. AFAIK this is not listed in the user agreement, so watch out.

This is a decent product and easy to use, but I had several problems with the registration process. Whenever I downloaded a Windows Update I would have to re-do the registration process. Sometimes the software would lock me out for no apparant reason. When my computer experienced a hardware failure and had to be replaced this month, Mystik Media told me I have to buy an upgrade license for $20USD and that I cannot install the software on my new PC. Good software, completely unacceptable licensing requirements. I will never buy another Mystik Media product again.
