Superb audio quality.

CD latch appears to be defective. I have read reviews for the same product on other sites and have seen similar products.

This product does well, although I have had problems with the CD player. The latch is broken and the door will not stay closed. This is a big problem because it means that I cannot listen to CDs.

It took an outrageously long time to get on the phone with Consumer Services. After 1 hour. I hung up.
