So you can burn music compilation CDs on a compatible computer and play them back in your RX-D27 boombox.The ports in a boombox boost the overall sound level of the unit by emitting two sound waves rather than one. By designing the RX-D27's two ports to sit on top of each speaker's acoustic separator cabinet, instead of the back where they would traditionally sit, there is more power concentrated towards the listener.No need to leave the party to tend to your music. The RX-D27 comes with a remote control to adjust volume, change tracks, or switch stations.
