Strength:
Low power consumption. The CD player spins down on MP3's and stops, using less power and reading from the internal 120 second buffer. Bass boost provides incredible sound, and I reccomend using the Sony MDR-W08 earbud headphones with this player for best sound performance.
Weakness:
Poor song sorting. The player reads every mp3 on the disc and lists them in a an order according to filename. So, if you have a file named 1-song-album.mp3 it'll list that one in order alphanumerically. Making it a bit of a pain to rename all your files and albums before dragging. This can be avoided using the players built in directory selector. No real weaknesses otherwise. Countless hours of playback on a good set of batteries. Well, this CD player has exeeded the limitations of awesome. From bringing it home, clicking and dragging my mp3's to a CD-R, and slapping it into the player, not a single thing went wrong. I reccomend this to anyone wanting a new CD player with extra features. Style is nice and slick, and you definately get your money's worth for the price. A product like this should cost 70 USD, and I'd still pay it. Quick search keys, and a cellphone like keyboard layout make this beast a wonder in it's own. Customer Service Check out Eckerds. Similar Products Used: Home computer, PDA with 1GB upgrade. This player exceeds in sound quality compared to home PC's and PDA playback. |
