Panasonic has given its players a thin, lightweight, traverse mechanism to minimize the influence of outside vibrations, and a floating rubber construction to help absorb the vibrations. The Servo and Digital Servo Systems assure precise focus servo and tracking servo operation with even more resistance to vibrations. However, if a shock does occur, the 40-second backup memory will kick in, and your music will continue to play as if nothing happened. This gives you a near-perfect listening experience.
