Excellent for use in extreme sports. The volume and track control makes listening more enjoyable rather than reaching down to the cd player.

The cd player itself is made of a cheap plastic, not very durable. I foun that when running with it in its "CD Jogger Case" that from twisting or stretching in a certain position caused the player to fall out. Being so fragile, it would rquire a couple of jolts to get to working back to normal.

Overall, this product is a good investment considering that it does do its job well. Consumers should be causious of its fragile shell.
